Aruosa Osemwegie

Aruosa is a Human Resource & Organisation development consultant, Customer Experience consultant, Soft skills facilitator, Workplace Readiness coach, Life & Career Coach, Business Innovation Consultant, Writer, and Author with over 22 years of experience.

He is currently Chief Positive Experience Officer and Managing Partner, Addium Consulting. He was recently the Deputy Lead, People & Organisation with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Prior to that he was the Lead Consultant, Enable Africa and Programs Director, The HR School. Earlier he was the Deputy Head, Resourcing & Training for Guaranty Trust Bank plc.

He is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School and Lagos Business Schools’ programs on Human Capital Management and a recipient of the W.P. Carey Certificate in Customer Experience, Arizona State Univ. He is also a Certified International Finance Corporation Trainer. He is an International Finance Corporation-LPI Certified Trainer; certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and an Associate of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM).

He is the author of four books, for example, “Getting a Job is a Job: A No-Nonsense Practical Guide to Getting Your Desired Job”  and “Nothing Succeeds like Excess: A New Code for Maximised Living”. He was once a regular columnist (about seven years) on organizational development, human resources, people management, youth and career coaching in The Guardian newspapers.

Soji Oyawoye

Olusoji Oyawoye is the Co-Founder and MD/CEO of leading HR Outsourcing organization, Resource Intermediaries Limited. He sits on the board of 5 other companies in Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya, three as non-executive Chairman.

He is an experienced Facilitator, Conference Speaker, a certified member of The Maxwell Leadership Team, and a certified Maxwell DISC Behavioural Analysis Specialist, a Life and Business Coach and Mentor to many.

He has 35+ years experience and is credited with exemplary people skills that have enabled him to lead several turnaround initiatives in 19 years banking career prior to starting a Human Resource Outsourcing company in 2006.

He has authored seven books, on Relationships, Entrepreneurship, Personal Branding, Finding one’s Purpose in life and Leadership. He is married to Olabisi, and they have two wonderful millennial children.

Outside his professional pursuits, he is an Entrepreneur who provides Coaching, Teaching and Speaking services to individuals and businesses

His area of interest is in developing skills and best practice competences in managing business’ human and administrative assets.

Akin Ayoola

Akin Ayoola was most recently the Chief Human Resource Officer at Oando Plc, and is currently the Managing Partner, Jasper Beryl Consulting. He is an accomplished HR practitioner with over 28 years specialist and generalist experience gained within the public and private sectors while working with the Federal Civil Service of Nigeria as an Administrative Officer, Unilever Plc, Financial Merchant Bank Ltd, Services Techniques Schlumberger, Transocean Inc, and Oando Plc.

Akinola was Deputy Compensation and Benefits Manager for Services Techniques Schlumberger (Schlumberger Wireline & Testing) from November 1996 to December 1998, based in Montrouge, France. This was a stint that exposed him to strategic compensation and Organisational development work.

As Human Resources Manager for Transocean Inc (Global – Premier Deep Offshore Drilling Contractor) in Gulf of Guinea Division from 2001 to 2007, Akinola was awarded the First Excellence Award in 2004, the highest such award in the organisation for his HR leadership of the major turnaround achieved in Industrial and Employee relations in the Nigerian subsidiary.

He is a skilful negotiator with a track record of interaction with strong unions in the Oil Industry. He is also an excellent communicator and has recently been involved in facilitating a variety of HR and Soft Skills training programmes in GTBank, Wema Bank, First Bank, Glo World, Lagos Internal Revenue Service, Nigeria Railway Corporation, Seadrill Limited, TECON Nigeria Limited and Brandlife Limited, among others.

He has attended Leadership and Strategic Human Resources programs at the Harvard Business School and University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business respectively; Hay Salary & Reward Management – London; Recruiting Skills at Management Centre Europe, Montrouge – France; Conference Board – Compensation & Benefits – Brussels; Compensation & Benefits programme, Sophia Antipolis, France; SAP R/3 Certification – SAP Academy, Bedfont, London; Strategic Human Resources Management and Finance for Non Finance Managers at Lagos Business School. Akinola is also a certified SAP R/3 Human Resources Professional.

Tinuke Bosun-Okusaga

Tinuke was until recently a Management Consultant in the People and Organisation Advisory practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Nigeria for about four (4) years. Prior to this, she worked in the HR department of Lagos Business School where she served for almost nine (9) years.

She has over 17 years of experience in Human Resources Management (Practice and Consulting). Her experience spans Financial services, Management Education and Consulting. Over the years, she has developed expertise in the following areas: Workforce Capability Assessment and Change Management; Performance Management; Organization Design; Career Planning; Talent Management; Leadership Development Programmes/Training facilitation and Recruitment and  Change Management.

She was a major facilitator at PwC and PwC HR Academy of various programmes such as Presenting with Impact, Change Management for Leaders, Trends in Performance Management, Developing your Personal Brand, HR Analytics, Personal Effectiveness, Time Management, etc.

She has attended courses such Job Evaluation, SHRM Conference – Building Better Workplaces, Interviewing Skills, Whole Managers Course etc. She is passionate about organizational effectiveness and  helping young people discover themselves and chart their professional course.

She sits on the Board of St. Saviour’s School, Ebute-Meta and ENIPRO Training Academy. She also serves as a Mentor in Women in Management, Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ) and Teach for Nigeria (TFN). Tinuke is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel Management (CIPM), Society for Human Resources Management(SHRM) and Association for MBAs( AMBA).
