Objective: Enable participants to reflect and identify the elements of the positive future workplace and to identify hidden inhibitors to positive workplace.

Module 3

Positive Actions for deploying positive experience and differentiated results

Over 7 positive actions grouped under 3 categories:

Objective: Equip participants with simple, validated actions they can deploy as first-time managers as well as seasoned executives to build teams and organisations where results and healthy relationships thrive.
